Most orders arrive in 3–4 working days by tracked UK post. We'll email you when your parcel is on its way.

We can't deliver to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or outside the UK yet.

If it hasn't arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, email hello@fettledog.co.uk with your order number and we'll chase it or send a replacement.
