What we collect
Your name, email and delivery address when you order, and your order history.
Why
To deliver your order and send updates about it (contract). Payments are handled by Stripe, who collect your card details; we never see them. We pass your name and address to our warehouse partner and the courier for that purpose only. We'll only send marketing emails if you opt in.
How long
Order records are kept for 6 years for tax purposes, then deleted.
Cookies
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Stripe sets the cookies it needs to take payment securely.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by emailing hello@fettledog.co.uk. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
