Changed your mind

You can return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Email us first and we'll send you the returns address.

By law you have 14 days from delivery to cancel an order. Because supplements are sealed for health and hygiene reasons, this right ends once the seal is broken.

Faulty, damaged or wrong item

Tell us within 30 days with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you in full, including delivery. You don't need to send it back. This doesn't affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Refunds

We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return, or of agreeing a refund for a faulty item.
