Your order
When you pay, Stripe emails you a receipt. The contract is formed when we dispatch your order. If an item becomes unavailable we'll tell you and refund you in full.
Prices
Prices are in pounds sterling. We're not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. Delivery is shown before you pay.
Our products
Our products are complementary feeds for dogs. They're not medicines and they don't treat, cure or prevent disease. Follow the feeding guide on the pack and ask your vet before use if your dog is pregnant, nursing, on medication or has a health condition.
Cancelling and returns
